Normally, the package will be delivered within 8-12 business days (processing time + shipping time).

After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 3-5 business days to process your order (except for pre-sale items). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. 

This email will include your tracking number and a link to check your order status. You can also go to your account page to check the order status. If you fail to receive any email, please check your spam/junk mailbox or contact our Customer Service Center via mail hello@ingsskincare.com

Shipping Country/Region

1. Delivery service is not available for affiliated islands.

2. The entire United States, excluding remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and overseas military addresses (APO/FPO).

3. All countries do not serve Amazon addresses and do not accept military addresses.

4. Poland: Only four cities, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Poznan, and Krakow, can accept packstation addresses. The maximum size and weight limit for packstation collection points are 60x35x40cm and 25kg.

5. Portugal/Greece/UAE: Unable to deliver to PO BOX address.

6. Israel: Gaza is not reachable. Goods will be delivered to a self-pickup point by default, and the recipient will be notified to pick up the goods upon arrival at the pickup point.

7. For Finland, Estonia, and Lithuania, some of the delivery methods of the logistics service provider only support self-pickup points and self-pickup methods. Please provide accurate and complete contact information. If there is any error in the relevant information, it may cause delivery failure.
