退款政策

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase and the return complies with our return policy, we are happy to refund your purchase price.

1. Please email us at hello@ingsskincare.com with your order number and reason for return, and our team will contact you to start the process.

2. We only accept returns for products purchased from INGS online and all returns are inspected upon return. Products purchased from INGS online must be returned in new or slightly used condition* within 50 days from the date of purchase.

3. If the order includes free promotional items or gifts, they must be returned together. If they are not included in the return package, INGS is not responsible for the related refund.

4. Returns received after 50 days are not guaranteed a refund, and INGS will decide whether to issue a refund. If issued, INGS Online reserves the right to provide the refund amount in the form of an electronic gift card or refund check.

5. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for promotional items or gift cards.

6. INGS online monitors return activity and reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the requirements of our return policy or are abused or returned in good faith after receiving an undelivered report.

Received Damaged/Wrong Items

Please check your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, or damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and descriptions so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Missing items in an order

In order to expedite delivery, we may ship your order from multiple warehouse locations or in separate shipments, so your order may arrive on different dates from different carriers. If you have not received all items within 4 business days after the first delivery, please send an email to hello@ingsskincare.com.

Return Instructions

Our warehouse will process returns within 3 business days of receiving them. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Items returned to us without a prior request for return will not be accepted.

You will receive an automatic refund through your original payment method within 10 business days. The time it takes for credit to be posted to your account may vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details.
